Processing time: all orders are processed within 24–48 hours (business days).

 

Shipping time: delivery takes 6–12 business days worldwide. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping cost: FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.

 

Order changes: contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to modify or cancel it.

 

Lost or damaged packages: if your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, contact us at noam.benchabane@hotmail.com and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

 

Customs: any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer, though the vast majority of our shipments incur none.
